The amenity campus
An eight-acre lakeside campus is planned with a beach-entry resort-style pool connected to a lazy river, a clubhouse with fitness center, an expansive shaded pickleball complex, a dog park, playground, event lawn, and nearly three miles of trails connecting to Lakewood Ranch's 150-mile trail system.
Who it's for
